Cozy room with calming decor, small fridge, ceiling fan, and multiple power points. Attentive and friendly bar manager, clean room and immaculate bathroom, and free WiFi. Pleasant staff, tiny but clean and comfy room with good amenities.

The location of this pub & hotel is ideal for those traveling by car, as it is conveniently situated right in the center of Brighton. You'll find a bus stop directly in front of the pub, making it easy to explore the town without having to drive. being on the seafront provides a nice view and gives you quick access to the beach. The rooms themselves are clean and comfortable, with new bathrooms and single glazing windows.
The service at this establishment left a lot to be desired.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location on top of a pub added a unique and enjoyable atmosphere to my experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, sending me useful information before my trip and making me feel welcome upon arrival. The room was clean, modern, and well-decorated with a cozy sitting area and all the amenities I needed, including an iron, heating. I also enjoyed spending time on the terrace with comfortable garden furniture, soaking up the sun and enjoying the beautiful surroundings.
I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends.
